Description
Payment for company incorporation, this payment is nonrefundable since consultation and expenses begin as soon as we start the process. Approximate time to completion is from 2.5 weeks to 3.5 weeks.
Company incorporation includes:
- Consultation for Company Incorporation under Mexican Law (3 days)
- Company Incorporation to the Public registry (1 week)
- Company registration to SAT to obtain RFC (1 day)
- All Notary Public fees and registration fees
Interested parties must be available with all documentation ready for process to start, if missing documents or information process will not start and service provider will not be liable for incomplete information delivery.
